How much do you charge for shipping?
-We charge $6.95 for each order. If you spend over $100.00, shipping is free.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
-Normally you will receive an order within 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
-We do NOT accept returns on personalized items. In the event that you receive an incorrect order, we will replace the order upon review or either we will issue a refund. We DO accept returns on boutique clothing. To return clothing please e-mail us and let us know about your problem. Clothing can be returned if the following guidelines are met: tags must be intact, clothes must not be worn, they must show NO signs of wear and tear, and we must receive them as you received them from our company. We do NOT accept returns on jewelry/accessories. If you receive a broken item, we will review your order and we will send you a replacement item or either we will issue you a refund.

Where do I enter my Monogram Information when purchasing from the website?
– Click the Tab that is titled Personalization and enter your initials in the order, First, Last, Middle. You can also enter your monogram in our special instructions box at the check out area!

-Give us a call at 229-236-7000 and we can rush your order for an additional $5.00.
I am not comfortable paying online, can I call and give you an order?
-Give us a call anytime! We will be happy to take payment over the phone.
Can I get a tracking number for my package?
-Most all of our packages include tracking. If you need a tracking number, please call or email us and we will be happy to give it to you!
